Where can I get a manual to help reprogram my outdoor keypad?

The model number you provided is actually just for the remote. There should be another number on the overhead opener. You can take that number and go to Manage My Home to check for the manual online.

On the home page, hold your mouse over the square labeled "HOME" in the upper left of the page. Choose the option "Find product manuals" from the drop-down menu that appears. Then enter as much information as possible in the search options. If nothing is found, check your product information for errors such as misspellings and be sure you have used only numbers and letters in the model number (no spaces, periods, etc.). The product might also be under another one of the "Category" listings.

Programming instructions should also be on the opener itself. This model remote is for an opener with a "learn", or "SRT", button so the programming should be the same as for a regular remote. Just press and release the SRT button, then enter the code on the keypad and the opener should react the same as when you press the button on your regular remote.
