Why won't my keyless entry work with the new remote I bought?
I bought a universal remote like the one I have been using in my pickup for 4 months. I programmed the remote and it works OK with my other remotes. The keyless entry won't work after I program the remotes. If I program the keyless first it works OK. The garage door opener is a Craftsman model 139.53975SRT and the serial number is 32501100306.

While this is not your exact question, the response answers your question. One of the remotes or the keyless must be a billion code model. Program the remotes one at a time and try them and the others as you program. Program the keyless entry and one of your old remotes trying both when you get them programmed. When you get to the one causing the problem it won't work.
