How can I get my remote transmitters and the keyless entry touchpad to work together?
I have a model number 139.53663SRT2 garage door opener with 2 remotes, model number 139.53681B, and a keyless entry touch pad model number 139.53684. They worked fine together for years. I deleted all the codes when programming my car remote. Now, I can program the keyless remote pad to work, or I can program the remotes to work, but they will not work together. Whichever one I program first after erasing the codes are the ones that will work. How can I get the remotes to all work together again?

We know that your remotes and keyless entry will work together. The problem began when you programmed the remote in your vehicle. I suspect the remote in the vehicle is not programmed for a rolling code opener.
If you enter a billion code remote into a rolling code garage door opener the opener shifts to billion code operation. Now it won't accept rolling code remotes.
Can you program all the remotes and they will work together? Try programming them one at a time and checking to see if they work before you program another one. This way you will find which one is causing the problem.
You may need to check with the vehicle manufacturer about the remote. I suspect you will need to replace the remote in your vehicle.
