Can I put something on the rollers of my garage door to make it roll more smoothly?
My garage door is 25 years old and does not move smoothly. Is there something I can put on the rollers and track to make it easier to move before I adjust the tension on the garage door opener?

A good thing to do with the rollers on your garage door is to spray them with WD40. Spray the rollers well and move the door up and down several times, then put 2 drops of light oil on the inside portion of the rollers where the axle and bearings are. Move the door up and down several more times to spread the oil around the bearings of the rollers.
