What are the instructions to operate the touch code transmitter for my garage door?
Moved to a new home that has a Sears/Craftsman garage door opener, Model 139.53635SRT. Need operating instructions for Touch Code Transmitter 53776.

To use the Touch Code Transmitter (Keyless Entry), just enter your code and hit the “enter” button. The door should open the same as when you use one of your remotes. The Keyless Entry is basically a remote that requires a safety code entered before it will transmit its signal.
Since you are in a new home you may want to reprogram the Keyless Entry with your own code.
To re-program the Keyless Entry code do the following:
- Press and release the “learn” button (SRT) on the back or side of the overhead motor unit. The learn indicator light will glow steadily for 30 seconds.
- Within 30 seconds, enter a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) of your choice on the keypad. Then press and hold the “enter” button on the keypad.
- Release the “enter” button when the lights blink on the overhead motor unit. If the bulbs are not installed listen for two clicks. Your new PIN code has been learned.
