How do I program the keypad remote for my garage door opener, model 139.53629SRT?

To program the Keyless Entry for this model do the following:
- On the overhead Opener panel, press and release the "SRT" (learn) button
- On the Keypad, enter your desired 4-digit pass code then press and hold the “ENTER” button
- After the overhead Opener Light flashes, release the keypad “ENTER” button
Test the keypad by entering your pass code and then pressing the “ENTER” button, the door should begin to move.
If you decide on a different pass code you can reprogram using the same procedure.
