I have a model 139.53779 1/2 hp garage door opener. Would you please email me a manual?

I cannot e-mail you a manual but you can view manuals online at the Manage My Home website.
The model number you included seems to be for the remote only, there should be a model number for the opener on the overhead unit itself. Take that number and click on "Find product manuals" in the "HOME" section of the website. On most computer systems, you should be able to save or print while viewing the online copy if you want to.
