How do I stop condensation in my garage?
I insulated, vapor barriered and OSB'd my attached garage in the fall of 2005. I noticed condensation all winter around the two overhead doors, around and on the two walk out doors and ice on the garage window. There is no heat except from the "warm house wall". The vehicles bring in snow and ice which slowly melts and pools into a central drain pit I have in center of garage floor. What can I do to help prevent this moisture as I am concerned that over time my OSB will become damaged.

Painting is the OSB (if it's not painted already)will help to prevent damage, but beyond that there is not too much you can do. With the insulation, the heat (from the warm wall and car engines), and moisture, you have created it a heated space with high humidity. The overhead doors andthe man doors leak enough air to provide cool surfaces. The single glazed garage windows are also cool. Cool surfaces and high humidity create condensation.
