About me

Rachel Davis's passion for design began as she explored the design and architecture classes offered at her high school. Her formal training began at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's School of Architecture. During her undergraduate education, Rachel was accepted into a year long study abroad program attending the Ecole d'Architecture in Versailles, France. Here, she had the opportunity to not only study design, but to see works by the world's most famous architects. More importantly, during this time Rachel traveled across Europe embracing the local culture and design influences. The best of her global passion for design and her early influences can be seen in Rachel's professional work today.

Rachel's professional experience has focused on commercial work. Seeking the opportunity to work more closely with her clients, and expand her designs to a building's interiors and users, Rachel hopes to continue to expand her experience through her latest endeavor, c&d designs, ltd., with her partner, Jason Chandler. With their combined experience, Rachel and Jason aim to create spaces that are as unique and original as each of our clients.
