Each expert's role is built around their professional strengths and interests, and can involve:

Manage My Life users are able to ask our experts direct questions about a variety of topics. Our experts go beyond basic answers, offering additional insights and suggestions along with the specific answer. Experts can expect a volume of 1-5 questions per day.

Manage My Life features a blog that highlights ideas and issues on several of the life topics mentioned above. Experts contribute blog entries centered on their areas of interest. Bloggers will contribute two blog posts a week with a minimum 300 words per week.

In addition to answering questions and writing blog entries, experts have the opportunity to engage with customers in other parts of Manage My Life. These interactions should give our customers even more value and encourage increased community participation. There are many places to contribute on Manage My Life including forums, answer conversation threads, and the comment sections for articles.

• Experts must submit writing samples and demonstrate expertise in their fields
• Experts must participate in training on the expert admin interface
• Experts must write using Manage My Life guidelines on tone and style
• Experts must maintain a high level of quality for each answer, including the use of references and photos, and offering customers with multiple points of view
• Bloggers are encouraged to maintain their personal tone and style for blog entries
