Summary
The Manage My Life team is looking for energetic, talented, passionate people to drive an innovative customer-facing solution; our goal is to create a life management business where none exists. To rapidly expand our team, we need Program Managers with a profound understanding of customer-facing websites, an obsessive dedication to detail, and the compulsion to create an excellent product unsurpassed in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage programs involving cross-functional teams focusing on launching new products, services and marketing initiatives
- High-level milestone reporting and program calendar management (multiple projects through end-to-end delivery)
- Intake and demand management to produce business roadmaps and associated release plans
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, project prioritization, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and drive initial partner deployments
- Track and manage program risks including escalation
- Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues to resolution
- Build strong relationships across the Online Business Unit through comprehensive program-level engagement with full business team; including marketing, merchandising, metrics, operations, etc
- Develop and document best practices
- Oversee complex process and system interdependencies in order to ensure successful program execution
- Serve as a Change Agent within the Online Services organization, considering the strategic objectives of the company, alignment of the project with other projects and initiatives, and customer implications
- Communicate with all levels of the organization
- Transform business plans into executable projects
Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree
- Dynamic and results-oriented, with positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Expert problem-solver adept at finding better ways to merchandise, sell and operate
- Ability to identify critical opportunities and translate strategic vision into simple yet effective customer-centric plans
- Extremely driven and highly regarded for broad range of knowledge and experience
- Delivers success through building, driving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve bottom-line results
- Strategic Thinker, complemented with ability to develop and communicate solid plan
- Ability to sell concept to internal and external executive management
- Ability to sell / negotiate large-scale projects
