Make it harder: Place hands in a diamond shape on the floor, so that your thumbs and index fingers are touching, as you press down and up.
Make it crazy: Use only one hand. Aim to do 6-8 reps per side.

Make it harder: Jump down into a squat position, as you do each jack.
Make it crazy: Go for speed jacks. Try doing 60-75 reps in one minute.
Standing calf raises can be one of the simplest and most effective moves; you challenge balance and strength and tone the legs at once.
Make it harder: Hold dumbbells.
Make it crazy: Close your eyes, balance on one foot, and do one leg at a time. Aim for 4-5 sets of 20 reps per side.
